Bi-Annual US Club Staff Background Check

This step is required bi-annually for all NorCal competitive team Head and Assistant Coaches, and for Team Managers who may be working directly with the players in an official capacity.

Procedure for submitting the US Club Staff Background Check:

  1. Go to the US Club Staff Background Check (link is below).
  2. Answer the questions online (you must have your driver’s license, social security number, or immigration visa number available).
  3. For State, choose "California"; for Club, choose "2789 - Almaden FC"; for Registration Type, choose your role.
  4. Enter your information and submit the application.
  5. Print the confirmation page and retain for your records or submit as required.
