The current timeline for families in the Almaden FC Program is as follows:

January 28	All tryout participants contacted
January 31 – February 2	Age Group parent meetings
February 1	Team Managers to begin contacting team parents
February 1 – February 11	Register online and pay first installment at www.almadensoccer.org Print Confirmation page or Confirmation email
February 9	Mandatory meeting for Team Managers
February 11* *Team Managers may move this date up.	Player paperwork due to Team Manager. Team Manager will send an email to parents with instructions.
February 12	Adidas Uniform sizing at the Almaden Community Center: “02” teams: 9:00 – 10:00 “01” teams: 10:00 – 11:00 “00” teams: 11:00 – 12:00 “99” teams: 12:00 – 1:00 “98” teams: 1:00 – 2:00 “97” teams: 9:00 – 2:00
February 13	Team paperwork due to Registrar from Team Manager
February 14 – March 11	Optional Age Group training, “02” and “01” teams: Mondays “00” and “99” teams: Tuesdays “98” and “97” teams: Thursdays Location and specific times are TBA
February 18 – March 11	Optional SAQ (Speed/Agility/Quickness) training, Fridays Location and times are TBA
February 21 – February 25	Order uniforms online. Email will be sent to you to open an account with EuroSport to order your child’s uniform.
March 14 – June 4	Teams practice twice a week. Schedule is TBA.
March 21 – March 31	Pay second installment of AFC fee at www.almadensoccer.org.
April 2-3	Spring League games begin
June 13 – July 1	Pay third and final payment of AFC fee at www.almadensoccer.org.
July 18 – August 12	Optional Fall Age Group training, once a week (Day/Time/Location TBD)
July 18 – August 12	Optional Fall SAQ (Speed/Agility/Quickness) training, once a week (Day/Time/Location TBD)
August 15 – November 15	Fall Teams practice twice a week
Approximately September 10	Fall League games begin
November 15 – December 10	Potential additional practices (once a week) for teams in District cup. Dependent on Field space and availability.
