Weather/Variable Conditions Field Use Policy
Due to weather or unexpected field conditions, the field host, referees, or the field director may cancel games and/or practices due to poor field conditions. 
Our district field use contracts specificy that field use must be cancelled if significant rainfall occurs within the previous 24 hours. 
 
AVYSL will post fields availability status on the home page of our website and on the field page.  Please note that the fields may be cancelled at any time of the day, so check the website periodically for any cancellations.
 
If you do not see a cancellation posting, then your game or practice is on.

Address/Location: 7050 Bret Harte Dr. (Via Valiente at Bret Harte Dr.), San Jose 95120.

Directions:  From Hwy 85 take Almaden Expwy south 3.6 miles.  Turn left (east) on Via Valiente.  Proceed 0.2 miles to Bret Harte Dr. 

Pets:  Are not allowed at SJUSD properties.

Parking: The school lot, off of Via Valiente, near the fields  is very small.  Parking also is available along Via Valiente. Do not park in or block the fire lane.

Restrooms: Portable toilet at the field.
