AVYSL highly recommended you attend the PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance) workshop. All new coaches and assistant coaches are required to take the class as part of their coaching agreement, but is open to all. If it’s been more than two years since you’ve attended a class, many things have changed and it would be beneficial to retake the class.
