They modify laws are posted. You can find them at http://www.almadensoccer.org/referees/modifylaws/index_E.html.  The laws are the same from last year with the exception that we are now running a three-man system on U10.   Although at this age group there is no offside, the purpose of running a three-man crew is to develop the youth referees on bettering their touch and goal line calls along with bettering their flag mechanics. There are a few errors such as under substitutions, which I’ll be correcting within the next few days. If you come across any questionable rules, please let me know so I can either clarify or modify the documentation.
