To apply to our tournament, mail 1 copy of the application and your application fee to 1321 Crossgates Lane, San Jose, CA  95120.  

 

Make checks payable to AVYSL.

 

We don’t accept teams on a first come first serve basis. (Random selection of timely applicants)

 

We look at last years record.  Selection is based on team’s last fall win-loss record. 

 

Selection is also based on geographic considerations that will provide opportunities for a variety of districts to participate.

 

Application deadline is 8 weeks prior to the event. 

 

You will be notified of your acceptance or rejection 1 week after the application deadline.  

No refunds after your team has been formally accepted.  

Schedules will be emailed no later that 2 weeks before the event.

 

Check-in is the Friday night before the tournament  - Please...NO exceptions. 

 

ACCEPTANCE PACKAGES - Please check your acceptance package as soon as you receive it.  There is time-sensitive material!!!
